Somehow the whole concept got lost in the process of drawing this, lol. I wanted to add in Prussia but I didn't find a connection between the two and I didn't want people to view them as a crack pairing. That would be weird. o3o

So um, let me explain: I basically tried going for a WWII-ish theme. Norway's wearingwhat I think is a WWII Norwegian military uniform (I didn't find much references except for this [link] ) and he's all beat up because of Germany. Bah, I don't feel like dictating the whole ordeal but I hope that people do know what I mean. : P
